This ranch has 345 AYL plus 5 horses, 39.60 +/- sections, 25,347 +/- total acres, 1,278 +/- acres of deeded land, 3,152 +/- acres of State Land, 20,917 +/- acres of BLM, 3,960 +/- acres of the allotment is within WSA. The ranch has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. 

4 miles of newer fence, over 55,000 gallons of water storage, 17 +/- miles of pipeline that is less than 20 years old, 3 wells, 1 domestic well, 4 pastures, 2 traps, 7 dirt tanks, house, barn, corrals, semi loading chute, & livestock scales

 

This ranch has 231 AYL, 51+/- sections; 32,870 +/- total acres, with 120 +/- deeded aces, 9,104 +/- acres of State Land, and 23,646 +/- acres of BLM. The ranch is lush with native grasses including black grama grass, side oats grama, and tabosa grass. Trees, cacti, & brush include ocotillo cactus, prickly pear cactus, yucca, mesquite, and creosote brush.

Wildlife includes mule deer, pronghorn (antelope), javelina, coyote, grey fox, bobcat, quail, dove, and varieties of desert snakes & lizards. The ranch boasts 12 wells and over 195,000 gallons of water storage. There are 3 pastures, 9 dirt tanks, and 2 springs.

 

 

Cambray Ranch is a 23 Section Cattle Ranch, west of Las Cruces, NM. Located in Dona Ana & Luna Counties, 14,973 ± total acres, 2,994 ± acres of deeded land (with Highway 549 frontage), 7,284 ± acres of state land, 3,934 ± acres of BLM, and 761 ± acres of uncontrolled land.

Excellent water system, 8 total wells: 4 solar wells, 1 windmill, 2 electric wells, and 1 unequipped well. 114 AYL. Headquarters has a custom-built 3,089 sq ft home (built in 2008), 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fireplace, and excellent views. 3 sets of corrals, 5 pastures, and good fences.

 

The Ranch has 37 +/- sections with excellent improvements with over 200,000 gallons +/- of water storage, 1,280 acres +/- of deeded land, 2,632 acres +/- NM state land, 19,802 acres +/- BLM lands, (23,714 acres +/- Total acreage), 7 solar wells +/-, 260’ - 602 +/- feet deep, with 333 CYL plus 6 horses.

The main house is 3,968 sq ft +/- 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with two fireplaces with large country kitchen, bunkhouse has 400 sq ft +/- with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, both homes have metal roofs. The headquarters is complete with a barn, shop, garage, 100’ x 40’ shed row.

 

 

22 Section Cattle Ranch located in Deming, N.M. 14,296+/- total acres to the allotment, 3,528 acres +/- BLM, 8,255 acres +/- of NM state land, 780 acres +/- of deeded land, 753 acres +/- of uncontrolled.  24,500 +/- gallons of water storage, 4 wells with drinkers and a dirt tank, 133 AYL, headquarters included pipe & metal corrals with semi-loading chute, 2 bedroom, 1 bath living quarters, shed row barn & storage, 2 pastures (one pasture in the flats and one pasture in the Goodsight Mountains, 3 traps, fences, and the ranch is adequately watered. 

 

Located in southern New Mexico on the continental divide, in Hidalgo county, approximately 17 miles south of Lordsburg and 16 miles north of Animas. The ranch has a total of 11,363 acres +/- (BLM 7,246 acres +/-, State 3,477 +/-  Private 640 acres +/-). 5 dirt tanks (2 built in 2015), 3 wells (+1 more that is not adjudicated), & a CCC concrete tank. Mountain country is spotted with cedar trees and native grasses. New exterior fence on the eastern and western borders. 2 br, 1 ba off-grid home built in 1979 (Remodeled in 2018), new windows, roof, flooring etc... Beautiful views overlooking the Animas Valley and into Arizona. The ranch is allotted for 112 AYL. Mule deer, quail, javelina, and dove are abundant on this property.

 

The Goat Ridge Ranch is a 13 +/- Section Cattle Ranch located in Deming NM. 8,556 total acres +/-, 7,667 +/- acres of NM State land, 840 +/- acres of BLM, 49 +/- acres of Private Land, the improvements include 90,000 +/- gallons of water storage, 3 solar wells, five total water troughs for livestock, two sets of pipe corrals, two pastures. Fences are in good condition & the ranch is adequately watered. The ranch is lush with native grasses that include tobosa grass, vine mesquite, grama grass & chamise. Cactus & Brush include; prickly pear cactus, yucca cactus, mesquite & creosote brush. The ranch has had brush control within the last five years. Wildlife includes mule deer, pronghorn (antelope), coyote, grey fox, quail, dove, varieties of desert snakes & lizards.
