Fences are in good condition & the ranch is adequately watered. The ranch is lush with native grasses that include tobosa grass, vine mesquite, grama grass & chamise. Cactus & Brush include; prickly pear cactus, yucca cactus, mesquite & creosote brush. The ranch has brush control within the last five years. Wildlife include; mule deer, pronghorn (antelope), coyote, grey fox, quail, dove, varieties of desert snakes & lizards.
